Tudor Rickards (geb. 1941) ist ein britischer Professor für Creativity and Organisational Change an der Manchester Business School, Mit-Begründer und -Herausgeber des Creativity and Innovation Management-Journals, mehrfacher Buchautor und Entwickler der "Manchester Methode", einer systematischen Herangehensweise für die Integration von Kreativität in Business und der Business-Ausbildung. Er gilt als einer der führenden Köpfe der britischen Kreativitätsschule; als Kreativitätsentwickler zeichnet er u.a. für die Kreativitätstechniken Wildest Idea, Multiple Redefinition, Nonlogical stimuli, Bunch of bananas und Boundary Examinations verantwortlich, wie auch für die Mit-Begründung der europäischen Kreativitätsvereinigung EACI, sowie der internationalen Dachvereinigung nationaler Kreativitätsverbände IACI.
